Refunds and cancellations
This policy applies to paid membership. While the algorithm is in its free trial period nothing is charged and nothing needs refunding.

1. What you buy
Paid membership gives access to digital content (the full list of tips and analysis) for the period you choose (monthly or yearly). Prices on the pricing page include VAT.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
3. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, you lose that right once delivery starts, if you gave your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged this. We ask for that consent at checkout.
4. Refunds
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or the service was not available to you because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will refund the amount to the original payment method, normally within 14 days. We do not refund because a tip lost: tips are estimates and never guaranteed.
