1. What the service is

AI Goal Lab publishes statistical analysis and probability estimates for football matches, and tips derived from them. The service is informational content only.

We are not a betting operator. We do not accept bets, hold funds for betting, or place bets for you. We are not a financial, investment or gambling adviser.

2. Age and eligibility

The service is for persons aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are allowed by the law of your country to read this kind of content.

3. No guarantee of results

All probabilities, odds comparisons and tips are estimates produced by statistical models and may be wrong. Past results do not guarantee future results. Any use you make of the information, including any bet, is entirely your own decision and your own risk.

Odds shown are the odds at the time of publication or an estimate that is labelled as such. Bookmaker odds change and may not be available to you.

4. Accounts and membership

You must give accurate information and keep your login details secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

During the trial period of the algorithm all tips are provided free of charge. Paid membership, when it opens, is described on the pricing page and in the refund policy. Prices include VAT.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell or republish our tips or data in bulk, or run automated collection (scraping) of the site.
• Do not share a paid account with other people.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its design, texts, models and data selection are owned by us or our licensors. You may read and use the content for your own personal use. Team names and logos belong to their owners and are shown for identification only.

7. Third-party data and links

We use data from third parties (for example public sports data feeds). We do not control it and do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. Links to other sites are for convenience, we are not responsible for their content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from reliance on its content, including any betting loss. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and termination

We may change the site, the service and these terms. Material changes to the terms will be announced on the site. If you keep using the site after a change you accept the new terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where they live. Disputes are for the competent courts, subject to mandatory consumer rules.
